Abstract
The aim of this article is to show the possibilities of using modern technologies and artificial intelligence in the context of normalizing the lives of people with autism spectrum disorders. The article addresses the problem of possible difficulties in everyday life and provides specific solutions to improve aspects such as independence, social and adaptive skills, and emotion recognition and control. It lists the use of assistive and interactive technologies and tools that use artificial intelligence algorithms. It points out that the greatest effects are achieved through individualized and gradually implemented measures, which are facilitated by modern solutions. At the same time, it emphasizes that this can only be a support to traditional therapeutic methods and can never fully replace contact with another human being. The article also aims to show the benefits, limitations, and risks (including ethical ones). In today's world, there is still a lack of research on the effects of long-term use of such methods to support the therapeutic process. Therefore, it is very important to continuously expand knowledge on this subject. Thus, it encourages the conscious and responsible use of digital tools. This article is useful for caregivers, teachers, specialists, and people with ASD themselves, as it shows practical directions for support in everyday life.
