1. Zeszyty Naukowe Pedagogiki Specjalnej is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Institute of Pedagogy of the University of the National Education Commission, Krakow.
2. The journal is published in both print and electronic formats, and the two versions are identical in content.
3. The Editorial Board is appointed by the Editor-in-Chief.
4. The theme of each issue of the journal is determined by the Editorial Board and announced on the journal’s website.
5. The Editor-in-Chief may appoint a Thematic Editor for a particular issue of the journal.
6. Zeszyty Naukowe Pedagogiki Specjalnej publishes empirical research articles, review articles, interviews, and reports.
7. The Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief conduct a preliminary assessment of submitted article outlines with regard to their thematic relevance and reserve the right to reject proposed topics. The deadline for submitting article outlines will be announced sufficiently in advance and is final. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
8. From among the submitted proposals, the Editor-in-Chief selects those that meet all the required criteria. Authors will be informed of the decision by email.
9. The Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief determine the final deadline for submitting articles, which will be communicated by email. The deadline is final. Articles submitted after the deadline will not be published.
10. Submitted articles must be consistent with the topic specified in the article outline and must comply with the formal requirements established by the Editorial Board.
11. The Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief reserve the right to reject articles whose topic has been changed without prior consultation or which do not comply with the formal requirements.
12. Authors receive one printed copy of the journal.
13. Zeszyty Naukowe Pedagogiki Specjalnej is distributed free of charge.
14. Any matters not covered by these Regulations shall be resolved by the Editorial Board and the Editor-in-Chief.
