Abstrakt

W artykule przedstawiono problematykę wypalenia akademickiego wśród studentów z niepełnosprawnościami w kontekście realizacji zasady normalizacji w szkolnictwie wyższym. Tekst omawia podstawowe założenia koncepcji normalizacji oraz wskazuje na ich znaczenie dla organizacji środowiska akademickiego. Zaprezentowano również mechanizmy i uwarunkowania wypalenia w populacji studenckiej. Przedstawiono zróżnicowane doświadczenia studentów z różnymi rodzajami niepełnosprawności, przedstawiając typowe obciążenia, najczęstsze trudności oraz ich implikacje dla ryzyka wypalenia akademickiego. Uwzględniono także zagadnienia dotyczące barier środowiskowych, jakości relacji społecznych oraz dostępności wsparcia, które w literaturze uznawane są za kluczowe dla dobrostanu i uczestnictwa edukacyjnego tej grupy. Ustalenia syntetyzują aktualny stan wiedzy oraz wskazują obszary wymagające dalszych badań, w szczególności dotyczące studentów z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i niewidocznymi formami niepełnosprawności.
